Digital Consultant
All our clients are on the path to becoming digital organizations. We want to help them plan for and work through this change, as leaders and as trusted partners on their journey. As a Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will work on a consulting team advising clients on a range of topics that align to your areas of expertise and interests, including, but not limited to the following:
Digital Strategy & Transformation: Help clients increase the impact of digital on their customer satisfaction and business success.
Transformation Planning & Oversight: Help clients define a target state that enables business objectives.
Modernization of Tech organizations & operations: Reinvent digital and technology orgs and their internal operations.
Customer Focus: Use journey maps, customer and client insights in combination with various data sets to build modern UI/UX and process innovations into the customer/consumer/patient experience
Digital Operating Models: Improve digital operating models in organizations, helping clients build the skills, processes, and bringing in the tools to deliver digital capabilities to the broader organization, to customers and partners in their broader ecosystem
